Make-up by Ms. Yvonne San Pedro Panilinan. She is Ms. Mae Ann Cortez’ workshop participant in Periodic and Avant Garde Make-up Clinic last June 19 at the Apo View Hotel in Davao City. I love the eyses. The little dot accent on the side and the plum lipshade…sigh :)
Fascinating! She looks part human/part deer. I’d be interested to know how long it takes to apply makeup this involved.
